Hi! Sorry for being so MIA on here the past two weeks, I wanted to soak up every minute of our trip! I did however share several looks on my Instagram while away and got SO many questions on where I got things, how they fit, etc! So, I am going to do a two-part Spring Break series- Part one (today’s post) will be all about swimsuits, cover up’s, and my beach/pool accessories and then for part two (coming soon) I will share what I packed for clothes, shoes, and accessories! For each part I will go into detail on fit and sizing as well as share photos of each look (I did my best to get photos of each outfit/swimsuit, but I didn’t get everything, so some will just be sizing descriptions)
I’ll backtrack a bit, we spent this year’s Spring Break in southern FL (Fort Myers, Bonita Beach, Cape Coral area) where we rented a house on the water, the house was AMAZING (I am already missing the views and the pool!) We spent most of our time laying beach or poolside and hitting up all the yummy restaurants at night! My older sister lives near Tampa so we took a day trip north and went to visit her, my two nieces, and my brother-in-law, we spent the day on the boat, and it was truly an awesome day! This week was my first week back at work, and it’s been bittersweet, it’s always nice to be home, but it was the best trip with my favorite people (and perfect weather I might add) so it makes it hard to get back to reality!
I always have so much fun shopping for vacations, and this trip was no exception! I swear I was born to live somewhere tropical the prints and happy colors just make my soul happy.
Let’s talk swimsuits! Swim is always hard to shop for, I am much smaller on top than I am on the bottom, so I always order/or try on TONS, most of which didn’t work, and I ended up returning or putting back on the rack but I did find some really great suits. This year I really found myself gravitating towards the high cut high waisted bottoms, they are so flattering, and I love that they make my short little legs look longer!
White Ribbed Bikini: I LIVE for this swim suit! There is just something about white swimsuits that I love, maybe it’s because they make me look extra tan! Anyways, this bikini was extremely comfortable and wasn’t see through (dry or wet).

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Top: Runs TTS and the straps are adjustable. One thing to note, is they do not have padding. Comes in other colors.
Bottoms: High cut mid waisted bottom. These run TTS, however, they were a bit to cheeky for me, so I sized up one and love the way they fit. Comes in other colors.
Color Block Bikini: This is a luxe swimsuit! The fabric is INCREADBLE. I have wanted a swimsuit from this brand for a while but they were way too expensive. So I waited until they released this year’s styles and bought last year’s version at a major discount. If you have your eye on a higher priced suit, wait. They ALWAYS go on sale, and 9/10 times they come out with the same suit, just in different colors. Because my suit is last year’s style, I can’t link it, but I will link a set I am loving from this brand below.

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Top: Runs TTS- Is strapless with no option for removable straps. Linking similar top, here.
Bottom: High waisted style bottom/ they run TTS- if you are in between sizes, go up. Linking similar bottom, here.
Also- how cute is this one piece from the same brand (all the heart eyes!)
Palm Print Bikini: OBSESSED! If you know me you know two prints that have my heart- pineapple and palm! Bought this swimmy last minute before our trip and I’m so happy I did! It’s probably one of my favorites if not my favorite suit I own. The fabric is so comfortable and the print is perfect for beach and pool days.

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Top: Runs TTS- it’s a true strapless top with no option to add straps. I would say if you are on the bustier side of things, size up!
Bottoms: These are also a high cut high waist bottom. They are slightly cheeky and run TTS.
High Cut Green Bottoms: I bought these to mix and match with the swimsuit above. Super comfy and really affordable.

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Bottoms: Run TTS. They are again the high cut high waisted style bottom (told you I’m obsessed!)
Leopard + Black Bikini: Such a fun print for a swim suit! Really affordable and comfortable.

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Top: Runs TTS and the straps are not adjustable.
Bottoms: I found these high cut bottoms ran a bit small, I sized up one.
Reversible Bikini: I have a weak spot in my heart for this brand. I always go back to them year after year because the quality is SO good and the prints are always so fun. For this trip I packed the Navy set I have from last year. The best part about this suit is that both the top and bottom are reversible, so really you have four looks in one.

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Top: Lace front top so the straps are not adjustable, runs TTS.
Bottoms: These are a low-rise bottom that are really cheeky, so I sized up one size.
Mix & Match- The following pieces are able to be mixed and matched!
Floral Bottom + Pink Bandeau Bikini: Y’all blew up my DM’s with this suit when I posted it on Instagram, and I am so happy that you ladies love it as much as I do! The bright colors are so fun and make your tan POP!

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Top: Bandeau style top with the option to add adjustable straps. This top runs TTS.
Bottoms: High cut high waisted bottom that runs TTS.
Striped High Waisted Bottoms: Love the happy colors in the striped pattern. I paired it with the pink bandeau top above, but you could match it with any color in the bottom!

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Bottoms: High waisted bottom, runs TTS. This color combo keeps going in and out of stock. I also love these, these, and these ones- they are all the same style/fit/retailer as the ones shown above!
Hot Pink Bottom + Floral Bikini Top: Again with the bright colors, just makes me so happy!

Fit, Sizing & Links-
Top: Bandeau style top with the option to add adjustable straps. The length on this one is a bit longer than the pink bandeau. This top runs TTS.
Bottoms: High cut high waited style bottom that runs TTS.
I bought several others that I wasn’t able to get photos of, but no worries, I will be sharing those through the summer months!
Onto Cover-ups! A solid cover up is always a must, and every year I try to find at least one new style to add to my swim wardrobe. I usually stick to neutral colors, so they match most of my swimsuits!
Long Tassel Cover Up: Easily my favorite cover up I own. The tassel details are SO CUTE! I own it in both the black (pictured) and the white (torn on which one I love more). The white one I don’t have a full length photo in, but the tassels are a bright turquoise blue, so beautiful! The sizing on these are S/M and M/L… however, the sizing is for LENGTH only. I own the S/M and I am just under 5’4” and it fits perfectly. This brand has tons of cute beach wear, check them out, here!

Crochet Cover Up: An oldie, but a goodie! I first bought this cover up last year in white for SB, loved it so much that I now also own it in black and blush! Super lightweight, dries quickly, and is super affordable. These are one size fits all, so that makes it super easy!

Mesh Cover Up: Sadly, I didn’t get a photo in this one! This one is also super affordable and crazy soft! Comes in two colors: tan and palm- I own the tan! The fit is super flattering and runs TTS.
Open Back Cover-Up: Another one I didn’t get a photo in, shoot! This one is adorable, I just love the back details and the tassel tie. This cover up also runs TTS.
Finally, beach accessories!
Hats: I wore this hat (both honey and blush) and this hat ( I packed both the brown and khaki color) on repeat all vacation long!
Sunglasses: I packed both this and this pair for the trip! Love them both equally!
Beach Bag: This bag holds so much, which makes it perfect for a day at the beach, I fit two towels, all the sunscreen, a bikini bag (for random odds + ends), and snacks in it! Mine keeps going in and out of stock. I also love this one!
Pineapple Towel: I always look for a cute (but cheap) beach towel for these trips, just in case something happens to it! This one is BIG, so soft, and washes up really nice!
Waterproof Phone Bag: Loved this for keeping sand out of my phone! And yes, you can still take photos while your phone is in it!
Sunscreen + Aloe Lotion: This is by far my favorite body SPF (I use 15 all over and 30 on my shoulders), my go-to face sunscreen is a bit pricier, but so worth it (link)! And for after a long day in the sun, I LOVE this lotion, feels so good and hydrating on the skin and smells so yummy.
Hair Ties: These are my favorite!
Beach Sandals: I love these because they are super affordable, come in tons of colors, are comfortable, and the sand doesn’t stick to them! These run TTS.
Ah! That was a long one! Can I go back on vacation now? Writing this makes me want to throw on a bikini and lay out in the sunshine! WI, get your S*** together and bring on the warmer weather (hehe!) Have a great rest of your week, ladies!
