Hello lovelies, happy Thursday!
The bad news: Unfortunately, no new update on my Instagram account, it’s still blocking all my hashtags and removing random people. It’s such a bummer. I’m hoping next week I have some better news to share on this.
The good news: It’s almost the weekend! Yahoo! What’s everyone got planned?
Onto two workwear looks I am loving for the season! I had a few followers reach out to me looking for some outfit inspiration. My work setting it very laid back, so these outfits are business casual, but I know some of you are required to dress up a bit more. So, I am going to include items to swap out for a dressier look. Also, most of these pieces I am sharing are on sale, score!
You have probably seen this rust leather skirt all over the place, and for good reason, its adorable!
For this look, I paired it with a striped long sleeve top, a dark wash denim jacket, and my favorite leopard mules! I love mixing patterns like stripe and leopard, the key to making this work for your outfit is to match colors within the pattern, then add solids to break it up. I decided to do a front knot with my shirt to add a little bit of flair, but you can certainly just tuck the entire shirt in.
To dress the look up a bit, trade the denim jacket out for a blazer (black or tan would look best) and trade the mules out for a leopard heel. Easy as pie!

Outfit Details:
Leather Skirt: Runs TTS, wearing a size 6.
Striped Long Sleeve Tee: Runs TTS, wearing a size small.
Denim Jacket: Runs TTS, wearing a size small.
Mules: Run small, go up half size, wearing an 8.5.

The next look is a bit ‘trendier’ but it involves a lot of pieces you probably already own. All I did was take a pair of basic black jeans (dark denim will also work), a fun colored long sleeve, a basic plaid blazer, a fun earring, and a pair of sneakers. I love the dressiness the blazer brings, and the denim makes the look much more casual. It’s just a combo that I am loving so much and is so trendy right now. You will definitely be seeing a blog post on how I style blazers with graphic tees in the near future.
Simply swap the jeans out for denim trousers or a slim cut dress pant, then trade out the sneakers for a mule or flat to dress the look up.

Outfit Details:
Blazer: Runs TTS (for blazers/sports coats), wearing a size 2.

Also, thank you all SO much for sticking with me the past few weeks with all my account issues, it really means a lot to me. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend.
