Fall Shoe Round Up

Hello blog world! And happy Friday! I am so excited, and so ready to get started on this blogging adventure of mine and figured that there would be no better way than with my very favorite items- shoes! This morning I am rounding up the shoes that I am loving and will be wearing on repeat into the fall. Shoes have always been a favorite of mine, with fall being a particular favorite to buy for- cue all the booties, sneakers, and fall tones. Can you believe we are already halfway through August? Crazy. Now is the perfect time to start stocking up on your fall shoe essentials, here are my favorite picks broken down by category for you to shop.

Tan Booties

I have been on the hunt for a tan bootie with a lower heel for the fall, so when I stumbled upon these tan suede booties while shopping at Evereve, I just couldn’t resist. The tan color is perfect and can be dressed up or down. They are a bit on the pricey side, but the comfort and quality make them worth the price in my opinion. They are still in stock in all sizes and would be so cute paired with a dress or jeans.

Boots: Evereve (I typically will wear a thin sock with my booties and I went with my TTS-Size 8)

I am also really liking these and these.

Mules

Mules are one of my favorite twists on the classic flat. These are the perfect work wear shoe because they can add a pop of personality to any look but are still a very comfortable option. I live in these shoes during the fall months so I stocked up on some very versatile pairs.

Cognac Woven Mule

After wearing these all spring I was wanting a similar style in a cognac color for fall. So, when I saw Madewell come out with these, I snagged them right away! These mules are so comfortable and the woven leather adds a little interest to an otherwise classic shoe.

Cognac Woven Mule: Madewell (These also come in White. I find Madewell mules tend to run on the small side, I sized up a half size- 8.5)

Madewell also has a non-woven style that are also so beautiful and come in English Saddle and Black – check them out here!

Leopard Mule

Leopard is a neutral and staple in my closet during the fall season. I’ve had a pair of Michal Kors leopard flats for years but they are looking a bit rough, so I knew it was time to find a new pair, and just in time, Madewell’s fall collection is out, and it is nothing short of perfection. These leopard mules are PERFECT and exactly what I was looking for. I will be wearing these on repeat.

I am also loving these!

Blush Suede Mule

These mules are the PERFECT blush pink color, I got these this past spring and have not stopped wearing them sense. They go great with just about everything; shorts, jeans, dresses, and more! I plan on wearing these into the fall season as well. These look great paired with my green utility jacket and jeans, it adds an unexpected feminine twist.

Blush Suede Mule: Target (These also come in black. I got my TTS- Size 8)

Heeled Mule

Over the past month or so I’ve seen so many brands come out with a heeled version of mules, but I was unsure how I felt about them. But on a recent trip to target, I tried these beauties on and fell in love. These are a suede-like material, I was shocked at the comfort and quality level these were at for the price… Target has really stepped their game up in the last year! These are a great twist on the classic flat mule. This item is a more ‘trendy piece’ so the under $35 price tag was great. The cognac color is perfect and will fit nice into my fall wardrobe.

Slip-On Sneakers

Slip on sneakers have always been a favorite of mine no matter the season. On a recent shopping trip to our local mall, I found these at a store called Twig’s. Something about the platform bottom and black suede just screamed fall to me. The price had me hesitant to try them on, but after doing so, I was 100% sold. OMG I am OBSESSED! They are like walking on clouds- easily the most comfortable shoe in my closet. They also come in tons of colors (I am crushing on the blush pink right now). I am so excited to style these in the coming months. Would you guys like to see a separate post on how I style these?

Black Vince Slip-On Sneakers: Shop Twigs or Nordstrom (For all slip-on sneakers I size up a half size- 8.5)

I am also loving these and these, and this non-platformed pair.

Cognac Sandals

My parents got me the Tory Burch Miller Sandals for Christmas and I LOVE them. They have been a staple for me all summer long. I am including them in this round up because Wisconsin fall is all over the place (50⁰ one day and 80⁰ the next). I have the vintage vachetta color and they are the perfect cognac color to bring into fall. They come in so many colors- the next colors on my ‘Wishlist’ are the bleach and black.

What shoes are you loving for fall?

I hope you guys are having an awesome week, get ready for more fall inspired posts coming soon!

XO,
Taylor

  1. So cute! I’m dying to get a pair of Miller sandals – and I’m okay if it’s because they’re the rage right now 😂😂 I’ve been eyeing the color makeup for ages. Do you really think they are worth the hefty price tag? I just can’t bring myself to do it yet!! -SL
